Delegate Sam Rasoul Endorses Kenya for Council

We're proud to have the support of Delegate Sam Rasoul, chairman of the House Education Committee. Sam is a champion for public education, fought the Dominion pipelines, and built a coalition to bring the Green New Deal to the state of Virginia:
